Good Times

Windy cool days makes me think of booking a flight back to Las Vegas. A few weeks ago my sisters and I took a weekend get away and it was everything we needed. Good Food, Music, Weather, Shopping and Conversations. As always what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. But here are a few things you can see.

Sun-day Blue

It's January and Chicago is still experiencing clear skies and sunny days. This past weekend was just beautiful, the city was graced with 50 degree weather. I can only think of one word to sum it up: AMAZING. Now on to the look.

 This Sunday I decided to finally sport my vintage treasure, a navy blue skirt. I fell in love with the small details at first sight. Vintage skirts make me feel so feminine. This look was perfect for such an unexpected sunny day.

 

Even when I'm expecting the worst, the universe surpises me with something AMAZING!

Think Pink

It is so common for f/w color pallets to exclude bright hues. However, this winter I plan to think outside of the box. I'm going to wear pink. Yes, PINK

Over the summer I lucked upon this fabulous pair of pink suede pumps. I plan to put them to good wear this Winter, instead of the usual black or red attire to holiday parties I'm stepping out in pink. This is something very different for me, but I'm up for the challenge.

Falling for Shoes

 Don't you hate it when you have the perfect outfit yet no shoes. During last years fall/winter season that happened to me almost every morning ggggrrrrrrr! I admit I spent more money on clothing while my shoe collection was scarce. Well this season I refuse to go through that cycle.  Fall is here, I've been surfing online shops for the perfect shoes. I've found some great pairs and plan to a few to my collection.
